We operate under a Quality Management System (QMS) designed in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Our quality policy ensures that every service and product meets or exceeds client expectations through continuous improvement, compliance, and innovation. Our QMS has been deployed to comply with regulatory, Industry and Customer quality requirements regulated by the ISO for all our operations. 

International Ship and Port Security Code ( ISPS) 

Brawal has continued to operate an ISPS Compliant facility under the guidance and direction of PICOMMS Certified Port Facility Security Officer. 

Quality is not an option, but a necessity to survive and thrive in an environment of global competition. We aim to provide total customer satisfaction that will lead to customer loyalty according to the ISO Standard. By using Total Quality Management techniques, we can locate waste, identify its causes and eliminate it.

Nigeria Local Content Development Policy

Brawal Oil Services Limited is fully committed to the total implementation of the Nigerian Content Development Policy and directives by collaborating with the stakeholders through its operations to create value for customers, employees, shareholders and the society.

As a proudly Nigerian company, Brawal Shipping aligns with the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act, ensuring that our operations promote local participation, capacity building, and technology transfer.

We are registered with the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) and maintain an active program to train and employ Nigerian professionals across all technical and administrative disciplines.

The Policy certifies Brawal’s Intent to create value in the country through the deliberate utilization of Nigeria Human and Material Resources without compromising international Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental Standards.

BOSL focuses on successfully building Nigeria Content capacity through the following strategy:

  • Utilization of Nigeria Vendors, suppliers and Subcontractors as well as Local Procurement of Materials feasible
  • Business Enhancement, employment opportunity, seminars and training for Nigerians.
  • Assistance and continuous evaluation will be conducted to attain the Nigeria Content Program
  • Career path being set for Nigerian employees in key operational areas of the company
  • Nigerian Personnel integration based on technology acquisition from our strategic technical partners.

Brawal Oil Services Limited are fully active in the Oil and Gas Free Zone Activities. In the Federal Ocean Terminal, we have plans for an expansion in the deep-water capacity, which is presently awaiting Nigeria Port Approval. Brawal will develop a deep-water terminal for the services of ocean-going vessels with higher draft currently discharged in midstream operations. The Terminal will house additional warehouse and industrial stacking area space for our clients.

Safety Policy 

BRAWAL Oil Services limited shall conduct its business activities in compliance with requirements set forth in BRAWAL HSE Plan:

  • To maintain high Safety culture in the company in which every employee’s shares in the commitment.
  • To continually improve the Company’s safety performance.
  • To ensure BRAWAL comply with all applicable HSE codes and standards, Local and National regulations, and International Industry standards.
  • To develop and pursue a systematic approach to risk reduction for both human safety and environment.
  • To strive to attain Zero accident or fatality in our operations.
  • To ensure all employees are competent to perform their tasks and to give them adequate training.
  • To ensure emergency procedures are established, followed and tested regularly,
  • To develop and maintain a high degree of awareness of personnel and Contractors towards safety.
  • To ensure inspections and audit programs are carried out to measure effectiveness of HSE management.
  • To ensure safe handling and use of substances.
  • To provide information, Instruction and supervision of employees.
  • To review and revise this policy as necessary at regular intervals.

The Occupational Health and Safety Management System components of BRAWAL Oil Services Limited are based upon the requirements of ISO 45001:2018.

Environmental Protection Policy 

BRAWAL Oil Services Limited accept responsibility to protect its enabling environment in course of its activities. It is our goal to minimize detrimental effects to the environmental footprint by:

  • Complying with regulatory requirements.
  • Prevention of pollution to the environment while complying with all applicable requirements.
  • Planning in conjunctions, with other management functions, with the view of continually improving our environmental performance,
  • Reducing waste through optimum use of resources and recycling where possible
  • Promoting awareness in environmental management systems through internal and external training.
  • Ensure that our sets objectives are reviewed periodically to ascertain set targets are achieved.

The Environmental Management components of BRAWAL Oil Services Limited are based upon the requirements of ISO 14001:2015.
